our STANDARD SIZE cookie cutter measures 3"(80mm) long, 2 1/2"(62mm) wide, and has a cutting depth of 3/4"(20mm) . Most cookie recipes call for the dough to be rolled to 1/4"(6.5mm) making these cookie cutters more than ideal to create the intended shape for any recipe.
This cookie cutter can be scaled to any size, from a mini of 2" long, to a large 6", this will of course scale the width as well.
