our STANDARD SIZE cookie cutter measures 3"(80mm) long, 2 1/2"(62mm) wide, and has a cutting depth of 3/4"(20mm) . Most cookie recipes call for the dough to be rolled to 1/4"(6.5mm) making these cookie cutters more than ideal to create the intended shape for any recipe.
This cookie cutter can be scaled to any size, from a mini of 2" long, to a large 6", this will of course scale the width as well. The cutting depth however will be maintained at 3/4"(20mm) as this is correct for most all recipes. The sizing chart can be confusing to many people, if you don't know exactly what you need the 3" original is the standard cookie cutter dimensions you would find in the store. If you are making thicker cookies and require a thicker cutting dimension please message me before purchasing.
